Ghanaian music artistes Medikal and Eazzy have officially announced that they are expecting a child together.
The couple shared the news on October 17, posting a series of maternity photos on social media that quickly went viral.
Samuel Adu Frimpong, known professionally as Medikal, is a Ghanaian hip-hop and Afrobeat musician, while Mildred Ashong, known as Eazzy, is an Afrobeats and hiplife singer, rapper, and songwriter.
The pair have been publicly known to be in a relationship since Medikal confirmed it in an interview July 2025.
Their romance became public shortly after Medikal’s separation from his ex-wife, actress Fella Makafui, which was announced in early 2024.
The news of their pregnancy is drawing reactions and congratulatory messages from fans.
