General Overseer of the Alabaster International Ministries, Prophet Kofi Oduro has heavily criticized his colleagues pastors who give predictions about football games and tournaments.
According to Prophet Kofi Oduro, football and sports related events in general do not align with biblical principles and pastors should stay far away from them.
He urged pastors to stop predicting football games and tournaments claiming that God does not even think about football and neither does he even know about the teams involved.
Prophet Kofi Oduro described football prophecies as foolishness and urged his colleague’s pastors to put a stop to it with immediate effect.
“I wish people could understand the simplicity of the gospel. If we understand it, we will not bring madness like prophecy to football. There are certain things God does not think about.”
“I don’t think Jehovah knows Kotoko or Hearts of Oak, Okwahu United or Bechem United. What will God do with these teams? Let’s us stop the fooling,” he said in a viral video.
