Ranking Member of the Defence and Interior Committee of Parliament, Rev. Ntim Fordjour has called for an intensive investigations into the financial scandal involving the National Signals Bureau (NSB).
According to the Member of Parliament for the Assin South Constituency, the allegations being made by Kwabena Adu Boahene, the former NSB boss is scary and a major National Security scandal and must be treated as such.
Ntim Fordjour shared a copy of the letter released by Kwabena Adu Boahene, detailing questionable expenditure of NSB totaling to the sum of GH₵13.4 million.
Amongst the numerous questionable expenditure, the accused person who is standing trial alleged that an amount of GH₵5.135 million was spent on logistics at the request of the Special Aides to the then President Elect John Dramani Mahama in December 2024 after the NDC’s victory in the elections.

“309,000 cedis for Subsidiary Legislation Committee in 2024 for passing LI? 5.135 million cedis expended on President Mahama’s (President-Elect) Special Aides in Dec 2024? The tax payer deserves a thorough and transparently conducted probe into the above financial impropriety. This must not be politics as usual,” Ntim Fordjour shared on his X page.
