Nana Organizer of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye AKA Nana B had denied claims of being slapped during the party’s nationwide ‘Thank You’ tour.
NPP’s Thank You tour has been marred with controversies after it was reported that former Suhum Member of Parliament, Fredrick Opare Ansah had slapped Nana B.
Reacting to this in an interview with UTV, Nana B denied the reports saying that nothing of such happened between him and Fredrick Opare Ansah.
“There is no iota of truth. Hon. Opare Ansah can never do that because I am even the radical one. So I don’t even understand where all of this is coming from. I don’t know how people will fabricate such a story.”
Nana B further refuted claims that he was reprimanded by former NPP Presidential aspirant and Assin Central MP, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong.
“He was only raising concerns about our time and schedules because it was about to rain. So I don’t know why mischievous people in our team would record this video and circulate it,” he explained.
