Liberian man left in tears after travelling to Ghana for Ebo Noah’s prophesied ark

A Liberian national has been left distraught after travelling to Ghana to join what was described as a modern-day ark following a prophecy by self-proclaimed Ghanaian prophet Ebo Noah predicting a global flood on December 25, 2025.

The man reportedly arrived in Elmina, Cape Coast on the morning of December 25 after the prophecy warned that the world would be destroyed by a catastrophic flood on Christmas Day.

However, no such event occurred, leaving him visibly distraught.

Videos circulating on social media show the man emotionally shaken after realising that the predicted disaster did not happen.

Ebo Noah gained viral attention in late 2025 after claiming that God had warned him of an impending global flood that would end the world on December 25.

He said he had constructed several large wooden arks to save those chosen to survive the disaster.

However, reports from residents and skeptics suggested that the structures Ebo Noah referred to as “arks” were in fact large fishing boats belonging to other individuals.

As it became increasingly clear on Christmas Day that no global flood would occur, Ebo Noah released updates on social media claiming that the disaster had been postponed.

He said intense prayer and intercession had led God to “hear his voice” and grant humanity more time.

Despite the controversy, Ebo Noah made a surprise appearance at Sarkodie’s Rapperholic Exhibition concert on the night of December 25, a move that triggered significant public backlash and accusations of hypocrisy.

He later appeared on Joy Prime on December 26, where he reiterated that the disaster had been averted through divine intervention.

He also claimed he would use the additional time granted to construct more arks for what he described as the “chosen.”

Reports have also emerged alleging that Ebo Noah used funds from followers to purchase a brand new Mercedes-Benz B 200.

Meanwhile, he has publicly denied charging people for access to the arks.
