Jubilee House is not a security zone – NPP’s Salam Mustapaha

Salam Mustapha, the National Youth Organiser of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) has revealed that they will picket at the Jubilee House for their “Save The Judiciary” Demonstration on Monday, May 5, 2025.

The NPP and other political party on Monday, May 5, 2025, will demonstrate on the principal streets of Accra to protest against the petition and the suspension of Chief Justice Gertrude Torkonoo by president John Dramani Mahama.

Salam Mustapha who was on Joy News to whip up their supporters to turn up in their numbers for the demonstration revealed that they will picket at the Jubilee House to end their demonstration.

Asked by the host if the Jubilee House was no longer a security zone as the NPP administration under president Akufo-Addo prevented Ghanaians from demonstration, Salam Musptaha said the Seat of Government cannot be a security zone.

“The Jubilee House is not a security zone. We are not going to endanger the lives of the president,” Salam Mustapha said.
