Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the Presidential Candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the 2024 elections is confident of the party’s return to power in 2024.
Dr. Bawumia told a group of NPP supporters that Ghanaians will be calling them to come and rescue them from the shackles of the ruling National Democratic Congress in 2028.
He said Ghanaians must not appreciate the work the NPP did while in power for 8 years but he firmly believes that the realization will come by 2028.
“Ghanaians might not see the work we did today but they will come around gradually and I believe by 2028, they will be calling for the NPP to come back to power and rescue them,” Dr. Bawumia said.
