Deputy Commissioners Bossman Asare Resigns

A major shake-up is underway at the Electoral Commission (EC) as Deputy Commissioner in charge of Corporate Services, Bossman Asare, has resigned from his position, Graphic Online has gathered.

His colleague, Samuel Tettey, who oversees Operations, has also stepped down after retiring from the Commission.

Sources indicate that Dr Asare submitted his resignation letter earlier this month and is expected to officially leave office at the end of July 2026.

The departure of the two senior officials marks a significant transition within the Electoral Commission of Ghana ahead of future electoral activities.
