The former Chief Executive Officer of the National Food and Buffer Stock Company Limited (NAFCO), Hanan Abdul-Wahab Aludiba, and his wife, Faiza Seidu Wuni, have reportedly been rearrested shortly after being discharged by a court.
This development follows a decision by the Attorney General on Tuesday morning to withdraw all charges against the couple in a case in which they had been accused of allegedly stealing more than GH¢78 million.
Despite their discharge, the two were picked up again moments after leaving the courtroom.
