From the studio to the stool, Ghanaian rapper-turned-royal Nana Nyarkoa Aboraa Sika III has been serving as the Paramount Queen Mother of the Manso Nkwanta Traditional Area in the Ashanti Kingdom for over two years.
She was born in France on March 24, 1993, as Christelle Akua Sika Amankona.
Before her introduction to the stool, she was known in the music scene as Lousika, a rapper.

After relocating from France to Ghana in 2011, she became known for hits such as ‘No Be Aloo’ and ‘Boss Chick’ and featured artists like Shatta Wale, 4×4 and Kayci.
She is also married to to businessman and CEO of Ridge Condos, Kwabena Sarpong.
Nana Nyarkoa Aboraa Sika III succeeded the late Nana Akua Sika I and was enstooled as Queen Mother in January 2023.
In January 2025, a Facebook anniversary post celebrating her two years on the stool highlighted her positive impact and attracted warm comments from her people.

Speaking earlier this year in an interview with broadcaster Kwame Adinkra, she reflected on the inspiration she draws from her grandmother, Nana Akua Sika I.
“The way my grandmother ruled in the seat, she was someone that did not like to put herself in trouble, and respectful,” she said. “The path she used to rule, that is exactly how I am coming in to rule.”
She also recalled the guidance she received in her early days as Queen Mother.
“She put me in the hands of Nana Kumawu Hemaa. When we went to her, she welcomed me nicely and I was happy,” Nana Nyarkoa Aboraa Sika III recounted.
The Queen Mother added that she has introduced the NAScare Foundation to champion programs in education, health, and environmental sustainability to support the youth of her community.
“When I came I saw that education was something that the children needed a good foundation. The youth and children became my priority,” she explained.
