Former Vice president, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has urged NPP supporters to take inspiration from president John Dramani Mahama’s victory in the 2024 elections.
According to Dr. Bawumia, NPP supporters shouldn’t give up hope ahead of the 2028 elections because president Mahama has shown that come back is highly possible in the Ghanaian political space.
Dr. Bawumia said if John Dramani Mahama can return to the presidency, then the New Patriotic Party can return to then Jubilee House by winning the 2028 elections.
“If President Mahama can become president again in Ghana, then the NPP can also return to win the 2028 elections. I never thought President Mahama would become president again,” former Vice president, Dr. Bawumia said.
